Ruaan Strydom - CEO
Ruaan Strydom is an Independent Licenced Financial Planner, specializing in Retirement and Investment planning.
He holds a Bachelor degree, from the University of Pretoria and has completed all the necessary and relevant industry examinations to qualify as a competent and accredited investment and risk advisor.
He started his career in the financial industry in 1996 and has since held various Directorships and Consulting positions within Financial Institutions.
Ruaan is an Executive member of Elite Fund Management, which in association with Claire Mol & Associates and Genesis Employee Benefit Solutions provide expert technical and legal advice to more than seventy Group Benefit clients.
He assists members on a daily basis with any fund or risk query they might have. He is expertly familiar with the various Risk and Fund benefits and is well informed to guide members into making the correct decisions before and during their withdrawal or retirement process.
Ruaan is contracted with all the relevant service providers to provide truly independent Investment advice, as required by the Financial Service Board that guard and regulate industry behaviour. This includes, but is not limited to, asset managers and Administrators like Old Mutual, Allan Gray, Investec, Momentum, Glazier, Liberty, Sygnia etc.
In his free time Ruaan enjoys travel and outdoor fitness activities.

Juanita Theron - Financial Advisor
Juanita Theron primarily focuses on estate- and retirement planning. This includes holistic planning for individuals, trusts and companies.
She completed her BCom Financial Management degree at the University of Pretoria in 2012. She also did her Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the University of the Free State and has completed all the necessary and relevant industry examinations to qualify as a competent and accredited investment and risk advisor.
Juanita has been in the financial services industry for 8 years. Juanita is a representative Elite Fund Management, and provide expert Investment and technical advice to our clients She assists members on a daily basis with monitoring their risk and investments portfolios and handling their queries.
Building long term relationships with clients are crucial for Juanita and she believes in holistic planning for individuals, trusts and companies Juanita is contracted with all the relevant service providers to provide truly independent Investment advice, as required by the FSCA, that guard and regulate industry behaviour.

Over and above the corporate selection we also get involved on a personal level by assisting employees joining or resigning/retiring from their respective employer. This includes but is not limited to Induction sessions for new employees and exit interviews in the event of a retirement or resignation. In an event like this, we would provide financial advice on several technical issues which would include taxation of benefits, product selections, fund flexibility and risk profiling .
